Plenary Poster presentation as well as pre-symposium presentation for the IB Lab research results at ASBMR 2017!

Our abstract “Combining fractal- and entropy-based bone texture analysis for the prediction of Osteoarthritis: data from the Multicenter Osteoarthritis study (MOST)” has been selected to be presented as a Plenary Poster Presentation at the ASBMR 2017 Annual Meeting, September 8-11, 2017 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver, Colorado, USA. For details see ASBMR 2017 Annual Meeting

In our work, we describe a novel method for the detection and identification of patients at risk for developing knee-OA based on conventional X-rays.

What is the significance of a plenary Poster?

Plenary Posters are highly ranked posters covering cutting-edge research results. To allow increased viewing time for attendees, plenary posters are scheduled during the Welcome Reception and Plenary Poster Session.

In addition, our abstract has been selected to be presented at the prestigious ASBMR 2017 Pre-Symposium “Current Concepts in Bone Fragility – From Cells to Surrogates”.
